- 1 1/2 tsps Vegetable Broth
- 5 White Button Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 Garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp Thyme, fresh and minced
- 1/2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 cup Oats, rolled
- 1 cup Water
- 3/4 tsp Coconut Aminos
Directions:
- In a skillet over medium-low heat, add the vegetable broth and the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the garlic, thyme, and nutritional yeast and continue cooking for another 4 to 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the oats and water to a pot. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Once cooked through, add the coconut aminos and stir.
