GUEST RELATION REQUIREMENTS

Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations
Uphold gracious front desk procedures in the booking and handling of guests
Help Skin by Brownlee & Co maintain fresh, effective programs to consistently retain and grow guest base
Monitor guest satisfaction by overseeing reviews and guest feedback
Anticipate, identify and ensure guest needs are being met in the best possible way

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess superior customer service skills to mediate all situations with a calm, helpful demeanor
Reliability and consistent attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position
Self-motivation and self-direction
Able to self-manage
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have strong leadership and supervisory skills
Able to lift at least 25 pounds
Must be people oriented with strong customer-service skills and public relations skills
Excellent organizational and administrative skills to perform diverse operational duties
Spa industry experience and knowledge
Passion for excellence & an entrepreneurial spirit

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and exceed key performance indicators
Demonstrate enthusiastic and outstanding customer service while being courteous and attentive to guest needs
Educate guests on all services, amenities, and home care to optimize their experience while maximizing our books
Research and resolve guest-relations issues and employee matters in a timely manner
Maintain safety standards and cleanliness, keeping work area clean and equipment properly sanitized
Oversee overall "opening day" appearance of the location
Oversee inventory and orders
Communicate Repair and Maintenance Issues to proper channels
